Terms and Privacy
Use of Unit Memory is governed by our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you use Unit Memory through an organization, additional written terms with that organization may also apply.
Early-Access Beta
Early-access beta testers are not charged subscription fees during the beta period. Beta access is not a promise of free service forever. If Unit Memory later requires beta users to move to a paid subscription, early-access beta testers may be asked to enroll, but their all-access subscription price will not exceed $50 per month unless they separately agree in writing to different terms.
No Emergency, Safety, or Compliance Service
Unit Memory is not an emergency response system, safety inspection service, legal compliance system, tenant notice system, accounting system of record, or substitute for qualified professionals. Users remain responsible for urgent repairs, emergency response, legal notices, inspections, permits, code compliance, accounting review, safety decisions, and professional judgment.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the prevailing party in any dispute, collection action, enforcement action, appeal, arbitration, or lawsuit arising from Unit Memory, the website, the Service, or related agreements is entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees, expert fees, court costs, arbitration costs, collection costs, investigation costs, and all other recoverable expenses from the non-prevailing party.
Document Status
These notices are intended as a practical operating draft for attorney review. If any part conflicts with a signed written agreement between Unit Memory and a customer, the signed written agreement controls to the extent of that conflict.
